✅ Returns (U.S. Customers)

• We accept returns of unworn clothing items in original condition, with tags attached and in clear garment packaging with SKU label.
• Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery and shipped back within 7 days of approval.
• SALE items, gift cards, and the categories listed below are final sale and non-returnable.

Final Sale Items:

• Bodysuits
• Face masks
• Intimates & lingerie
• Jewelry
• Swimwear
• Openpack wholesale orders

🚚 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

⚠️ Restocking Fee

• Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

💳 Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
• If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

📦 Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at info@lovethinebody.com with photos if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or color, please place a new order after returning the original item.

📩 How to Start a Return

To request a return, email us at info@lovethinebody.com with your order number. Our team will provide instructions and a return authorization. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
